We are delighted to announce the appointment of Stephanie Orr as Senior Conveyancing Executive at Matheson Lawson.

Having previously worked alongside directors Maureen and Victoria, Stephanie’s dedication to her clients and her calm, approachable manner left a lasting impression. With 17 years of experience in residential conveyancing, she brings a deep understanding of the property process and a genuine passion for helping clients feel informed, supported and at ease.

From first-time buyers to seasoned movers, Stephanie takes pride in delivering a clear, friendly service that places her clients’ needs at the heart of every transaction. She will be working closely with Victoria to support offer negotiations and new client onboarding, helping to make the journey to home ownership as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
